Salisbury University Ice Hockey
ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATIONSalisbury University Ice Hockey has been a proud tradition since 1992. Salisbury Ice Hockey is a serious program with intentions of competing at the highest level. The Gulls compete in the Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference (DVCHC) as a Collegiate Hockey Federation (CHF) Division III team. Salisbury Ice Hockey has expanded into two teams, a National Team and a Patriot Team. The National team plays in the National Division of the CHF and the Patriot teams plays in the Patriot Division of the CHF. Incoming players to Salisbury University have experience ranging from High School to the Junior Hockey levels. The team holds two on ice practices a week, two off-ice practices (resistance training and skills training), and has one to two games every weekend. Our season spans both semesters, with a majority of our league games in the fall semester and playoffs continuing into the Spring Semester. Salisbury University is "A Maryland University of National Distinction" where you can take your hockey to the next level. The ultimate goal of Gulls Hockey is to become an CHF D3 National Champion.
